Litigation, Special Proceedings & Administrative Court Representation. We offer competitive hourly rates. At the outset of every client matter, we provide a detailed financial estimate, including ranges for various scenarios each client is likely to face.

Mediation & Alternate Dispute Resolution. Jessica is a trained mediator, with dozens of mediation sessions under her belt.  This presents you options not otherwise available at most family law firms  She can act as mediator (a neutral third party) for purposes of resolving conflict facing your family. Alternatively, she can apply this same skill set to representing you in contested mediation against another party.

​​Flat Rate / Customized Consultation Packages​​​​​. We're happy to craft a fee agreement specific to your financial needs and the unique aspects of your legal needs.  We never bill clients to discuss billing matters, so please don't hesitate to raise financial questions. ​​
